WHO WE ARE
5Health was founded by Julie Sugarbaker, a psychiatric and adult nurse practitioner with over a decade of leadership experience in medicine, business expertise with an economics degree, and a passion for sustainable wellness strategies. Julie is certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), Mental Health First Aid, and is educated in trauma-informed care. With a background in both healthcare and leadership, she understands that meaningful change happens when small, consistent habits are reinforced with the right support system.
